Turmeric Milk

This amazing drink has loads of health benefits’ in it because the ingredients in this drink are super beneficial. Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fibre ,vitamins C,E,B1,B3,B5 and B6,and it contains minerals including iron,selenium,sodium,calcium,magnesium and phosphorous. Turmeric is a good antioxidant, Nutmeg is a good detoxifier, Cardamom is also good for digestion    Cinnamon Lowers Blood Sugar Levels and Has a Powerful Anti-Diabetic Effect. With all these ingredients together   makes this  simple drink  yummy  also healthy

Ingredients

 

Coconut milk _ 1 cup

Turmeric powder _ ½ tspn

Cardamom powder _ ½ tspn

Nutmeg powder _ ¼ tspn

Cinnamon powder _ ¼ tspn

Ginger powder _ ¼ tspn

Sugar _ 1 tblespn

Method:

Pour the coconut milk into a pan,

Now put all the other ingredients except sugar, one by one into the pan along with the milk,

Keep the flame in medium

when the milk begins to boil put the sugar simmer it and stir well, simmer it for one min

Strain it and serve
