Classic sugar cookies are an all time favorite. They are comforting, timeless, classic and loved by almost everyone. They can be eaten at any time of the day. They can be served with tea, gifted to friends or packed in lunch boxes. They are perfect for picnics too.

These sugar cookies have a crisp outside and soft inside. They are easy to make and taste delicious.

You don’t need to roll it. Just make small balls and shape them with your hand. Do not worry about the perfect shape, just make sure the thickness is even. You can also ask your kids to shape the cookies, it will be fun for them.

In this recipe I have prepared a dough using flour, baking powder, a bit of salt, eggs, milk and butter. Then using my hand I have shaped them.

I have brushed the cookies with milk and then I sprinkled some sugar on top before baking. You can also top them with sprinkles. And then I have baked them until crisp.
