Every time I order pizza I order garlic bread also. Sometimes I just can’t help myself from eating a few pieces before opening my pizza box.
The garlic bread recipe here is crispy and full of garlic flavour. You cannot stop eating them.
This garlic bread can be paired with soups. I like to have it with tomato soup. Hot tomato soup with garlic bread is one of my favorite delishables. It can also be served with chicken or vegetable stews.
I have prepared a garlic infused butter and spread it on a piece of French bread (baguette). Then I have topped it with freshly chopped parsley leaves and baked it.The strong aroma of the parsley along with the garlic makes this bread flavorful.
Garlic bread is often served with spaghetti. It will also make a perfect companion with a range of other dishes. It can also be served with food items like roasted vegetables, chicken dishes, meat dishes and also with stews.

PREPARATION TIME 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME : 8 TO 10 MINUTES
CAN BE SERVED TO TWO PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS
One half of a baguette cut lengthwise
A handful of finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup of butter (in a 250 ml cup)
Two garlic cloves cut into very small pieces
METHOD
STEP 1. Chop the garlic into very small pieces. Over a low heat in a thick bottomed pan heat the butter. Add the garlic pieces into it and saute it for 6 to 7 minutes. Do not let the butter to brown.
STEP 2. Remove the garlic pieces from the butter and keep the garlic infused butter aside.
STEP 3. Cut the baguette lengthwise. Spread the garlic infused butter on both the pieces of the bread.
STEP 4. Top them with parsley leaves.
STEP 5. Pre heat the oven to 175°C and bake them for 10 minutes.Serve it warm.
