THIS CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN DISH IS MARINATED WITH SPICES AND COATED IN CRUSHED CORN FLAKES,AND THEN DEEP FRIED.THE CORN FLAKE COATING GIVES THE CRISPNESS TO THE CHICKEN.

THIS DEEP FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE IS DELICIOUS EITHER HOT OR COLD AND IT WILL BE FAVORITE FOR KIDS.

ONE RAINY EVENING,WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO OUT FOR SHOPPING AND ALL THE SNACKS WERE OVER,I WAS BADLY IN NEED OF SOMETHING CRISPY.SO,AS I HAD SOME CHICKEN IN THE FREEZER ,I TRIED MAKING THIS RECIPE AS AN EVENING SNACK AND IT TURNED OUT WELL.

DO TRY THIS CRISPY,TENDER AND DELICIOUS CHICKEN AT HOME WHICH WILL LEAVE YOU INSTANTLY LONGING FOR MORE.

THIS CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN DISH IS MARINATED WITH SPICES AND COATED IN CRUSHED CORN FLAKES,AND THEN DEEP FRIED.THE CORN FLAKE COATING GIVES THE CRISPINESS TO THE CHICKEN.EGG WHITE HELPS FLOUR COATING STICK TO THE CHICKEN LIKE CULINARY GLUE.

VARIATIONS:

I HAVE USED RED CHILI POWDER IN THIS RECIPE .YOU CAN USE PAPRIKA OR KASHMIRI REDCHILI POWDER .

THE RED CHILI POWDER WILL GIVE MORE SPICINESS TO THE RECIPE.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR FRY SPICIER YOU CAN USE PAPRIKA OR KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER.

WHAT CAN YOU SERVE IT WITH:

IT TASTES DELICIOUS EITHER HOT OR COLD AND IT WILL BE FAVORITE FOR KIDS.

YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH TOMATO SAUCE OR MAYONNAISE.

CRISPY CHICKEN RECIPE

CRISPY,TENDER AND DELICIOUS CHICKEN WHICH WILL LEAVE YOU INSTANTLY LONGING FOR MORE….

PREPARATION TIME:15 MINUTES.

COOKING TIME:15 MINUTES.

INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN BREAST  –  4 .

RED CHILI POWDER – 2 TEASPOONS.

TURMERIC POWDER  – 1/2 TEASPOON.

GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 3/4 TEASPOON OF EACH.

EGG WHITE – WHITE OF TWO EGGS.

CORN FLAKES – 2 CUPS(250 ML CUP)

SALT – AS PER THE TASTE.

WATER 1 OR 2 TABLE SPOON.

OIL – FOR FRYING.

METHOD:

1.CUT THE CHICKEN INTO THIN FINGER SIZED STRIPS.

2.PREPARE A MARINADE , WITH RED CHILI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,REQUIRED AMOUNT OF SALT AND ONE OR TWO TABLESPOONS OF WATER.

3.MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES IN THIS MARINADE,FOR HALF AN HOUR.

4.AFTER HALF AN HOUR POUR IN THE EGG WHITE OVER THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND MIX WELL.

5.CRUSH THE CORN FLAKES COARSELY.

6.DUST THE CHICKEN IN THE CRUSHED CORN FLAKES .

7.HEAT OIL IN A   FRYING PAN ,AND DEEP FRY THE CHICKEN PIECES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

8.SERVE IT WITH YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE.

NOTE:

WHEN YOU FRY THE CHICKEN KEEP THE STOVE IN MEDIUM HEAT.OTHERWISE THE CHICKEN WILL TURN BROWN WITHOUT GETTING COOKED INSIDE.

I HAVE SOAKED THE CHICKEN FOR HALF AN HOUR ,BUT IF YOU HAVE TIME YOU CAN SOAK IT UP TO ONE HOUR.

CRUSHED CORNFLAKES.

DUST THE CHICKEN IN THE CRUSHED CORN FLAKES .

DEEP FRY IT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

SERVE IT WITH YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE.
