Cumin water can be used to treat digestive issues. To make cumin water is very simple. Bring one litre of water to boil. When the water starts boiling add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seed into it and simmer it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes switch off the stove an let it cool. Then filter it and drink it.
It can be used as an ingredient in home made hair oil. Heat 1/2 litre of oil in a thick bottomed vessel. When the oil is hot add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed pepper corns, 3 or 4 shallots cut into small pieces,and few curry leaves into it and heat it in low flame. Heat it until the onion turns brown or when you put a fresh curry leaf into the hot oil until it runs in the oil.
Switch off the stove and remove the oil from the stove and let it cool. When it completely cools down store it in a dry glass bottle. Take a little bit of oil and massage it in the scalp and apply on the hair 15 minutes before taking a hair bath.
